Katie Drilling

Executive Director

Katie Drilling is a dedicated professional with a degree in psychology from the University of

Texas. She began her career investigating child abuse and neglect for the Department of Human

Services in Tulsa County, where she developed a strong foundation in child welfare. Katie advanced her expertise by facilitating child safety meetings and family team meetings, promoting collaborative approaches to protect vulnerable children.

 

She later joined a child advocacy center, where she managed a multidisciplinary team and provided training to community partners. In this role, Katie focused on educating others about recognizing the signs of child abuse and neglect, effectively responding to disclosures from children, and understanding proper reporting procedures. Her commitment to child safety and advocacy continues to drive her work in the community.

Jackie Wallace

Family Advocate/MDT Coordinator

Jackie Wallace is a dedicated professional committed to supporting children, individuals, and families through compassionate advocacy and community collaboration. With more than 11 years of experience working alongside law enforcement and victim advocacy agencies, Jackie developed a strong foundation in investigative processes and victim-centered support. Jackie has provided advocacy to individuals undergoing sexual assault and domestic violence examinations, as well as supporting clients through the court process. Jackie also works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure those impacted by crime feel informed, supported, and respected. 

 

 

Building on this background, Jackie focused on victim advocacy. Through crisis support, resource coordination, and collaboration with community partners, Jackie helps create safe, supportive environments where children and families feel heard and empowered. Jackie is certified in ChildFirst Forensic Interviewing and is Crisis Intervention Trained (CIT), bringing a trauma-informed and developmentally appropriate approach to working with victims and supporting multidisciplinary investigations. Guided by empathy, and professionalism, Jackie remains committed to strengthening communities and ensuring voices are protected, supported, and believed.

Pennah Tiger

Forensic Interviewer

Pennah graduated from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. Soon after graduation, Pennah began her career as an educator, teaching Pre-K at Wainwright Public Schools. Needing something more challenging, Pennah began working with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services in Tulsa County, investigating child maltreatment cases. After a few years, Pennah became the lead worker in a specialized unit, investigating the more shocking and heinous cases.

 

In 2020, Pennah transitioned to the Child Advocacy Center in Tulsa, where she was one of many Forensic Interviewers. More recently, Pennah is now the forensic interviewer at the William W. Barnes Child Advocacy Center in Claremore. In this role, Pennah provides a safe, comfortable environment for vulnerable children to speak of any maltreatment allegations in a non-suggestive way, all while obtaining fact-finding information in regards to those allegations.
