Katie Drilling
Executive Director
Katie Drilling is a dedicated professional with a degree in psychology from the University of
Texas. She began her career investigating child abuse and neglect for the Department of Human
Services in Tulsa County, where she developed a strong foundation in child welfare. Katie advanced her expertise by facilitating child safety meetings and family team meetings, promoting collaborative approaches to protect vulnerable children.
She later joined a child advocacy center, where she managed a multidisciplinary team and provided training to community partners. In this role, Katie focused on educating others about recognizing the signs of child abuse and neglect, effectively responding to disclosures from children, and understanding proper reporting procedures. Her commitment to child safety and advocacy continues to drive her work in the community.

Jodie Hunt
Forensic Interviewer
Jodie Hunt graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Native American History. She began her career as a residential counselor at Youth Services of Tulsa before joining the Department of Human Services, where she served for over five years. During her tenure, she received formal training in forensic interviewing and went on to conduct interviews for the William W. Barnes Children’s Advocacy Center. In 2007, Jodie was appointed as the full-time Forensic Interviewer for the CAC. Since then, Jodie has conducted thousands of interviews and frequently serves as an expert witness in court.

Kelly Oxford
Family Advocate
Kelly Oxford graduated from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Following her graduation, Kelly began her professional journey with the Department of Human Services in Tulsa County, where she specialized in investigating cases of child abuse and neglect. In 2008, Kelly transitioned to the Child Advocacy Center in Claremore, where she serves as a Family Advocate. In this role, she utilizes her experience and training to provide crucial support to families navigating the aftermath of abuse. Kelly works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring the families receive the resources and guidance they need to heal. Her empathetic approach and dedication empowers families and promotes a a safer, healthier environment for the children in the community.
